Simple, friendly refunds that protect learners and supporters.
Overview
We want you to love Tajweedo. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it or refund when eligible. This page explains how refunds work for our Free Nest, Full Flight Access (annual), and Forever Flight (lifetime) plans.
Free trial
Most annual plans include a 1-month FREE trial. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged.
Once the trial converts to a paid period, the refund rules below apply.
Eligibility
- You purchased directly on tajweedo.com (not via third-party stores).
- You request within the stated refund window and provide proof of purchase (email/receipt/transaction ID).
- No material misuse of the platform (e.g., fraud, bulk account abuse).
Plan-specific rules
Full Flight Access — Annual (2$ / year)
- Within 14 days of first charge (after any free trial): full refund upon request.
- After 14 days: we usually can’t refund, but we’ll try to resolve issues (technical, billing errors, duplicate charges).
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Forever Flight — Lifetime (50$ one-time)
- 14-day cooling-off period from purchase: full refund upon request.
- After 14 days: non-refundable, because lifetime access helps fund free seats for students in need.
A portion of the lifetime fee supports scholarship seats for learners who cannot afford a subscription. Thank you for helping more kids learn tajweed 💛
Non-refundable cases
- Requests outside the stated windows.
- Purchases made through resellers/third-party app stores (please contact them directly).
- Accounts with confirmed abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of our Terms.
How to request a refund
- Write to us at billing@tajweedoo.com or WhatsApp +20 123 456 7890.
- Include: account email, order/transaction ID, plan type, and brief reason (this helps us improve).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and respond within 1–2 business days.
Processing & timeline
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/PayPal to post the credit.
- Currencies & fees: refunds are processed in the original currency; minor differences may occur due to FX/bank fees.
Chargebacks
If you’re considering a chargeback, please contact us first—most issues are solved quickly, and chargebacks slow everything down.
